The Inner Workout:
Body, Mind, Inner & Outer Strength

Inner Workout sessions are designed for women who want to build physical fitness while also healing,

processing, and growing emotionally. This is a space where movement and mental health meet.

As both a clinical mental health therapist and certified personal trainer, I understand that true wellness isn’t just about exercise, it’s about reconnecting with your body, your emotions, and your goals in a way that feels safe and empowering.

 

A typical session may include: Aerobic activity to increase energy, cardiovascular health, & mood regulation; Strength training to build physical and emotional strength; Exercises to improve stability, flexibility, & embodied awareness; Mindfulness & breathwork to support grounding, focus, & emotional clarity; Space for processing feelings, discussing current stressors, & understanding emotional patterns; Goal planning & accountability
