My Therapeutic Movement sessions are designed for women who want to build physical fitness while also healing, processing, and growing emotionally. This is a space where movement and mental health meet.
As both a clinical mental health therapist and certified personal trainer, I understand that true wellness isn’t just about exercise, it’s about reconnecting with your body, your emotions, and your goals in a way that feels safe and empowering. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, combining elements of aerobic exercise, pilates, and yoga with space for processing emotions, reducing stress, and developing self-awareness.
This is not a traditional workout and it’s not traditional therapy. It’s a holistic, compassionate partnership designed to help you move, heal, and grow, one intentional step at a time.
