Attachment System Assessment Results

Our minds, bodies, and relationships are constantly influencing one another. They do not operate in isolation - each system impacts how we feel, how we respond to stress, and how we connect with others.

This assessment is designed to help you better understand how your mind, body, and relational systems work together.

When someone has experienced chronic stress or complex trauma, these systems are often affected in interconnected ways. This can influence:

  • How safe or regulated you feel in your body

  • How you think about yourself, others, and the world

  • How you show up in relationships and respond to connection

Your assessment results are meant to provide you with knowledge that will help you understand how your patterns of thoughts and behaviors may be supporting, or limiting, your sense of safety, connection, and alignment.

Purpose of This Assessment

  • Increasing nervous system awareness and capacity

  • Reducing patterns of self-abandonment

  • Strengthening alignment between your values and your behavior

  • Building greater internal and relational safety

By identifying patterns across multiple areas of your life, you can begin to make more intentional, informed choices about how you care for yourself.

How Growth Happens

  • Developing Awareness: Recognizing patterns in your body and thoughts

  • Practicing New Ways: Experimenting with new ways of thinking and behaving

  • Gradual Reinforcement: Repeating and strengthening new patterns over time

As you begin this process, it is important to remember - Your nervous system has developed adaptive responses to help you manage stress and maintain safety.
Many of your current patterns formed for a reason, and the focus is not on eliminating them, but on understanding and working with them in more intentional and effective ways.

Growth can feel uncomfortable at times. This is a normal part of change, especially when learning to respond differently to stress.
